Grand Mystic Kegrak roams the northwest bank of the grotto. Kill him and loot a Orders from Grohlok the Tyrant to update the task.

The next step is to free pups; you do this by killing ""an enraged gnoll slaver"" found in the northeast area of the zone; max hit around 2k. Kill them until 8 have escaped at which point Grohlok the Tyrant spawns where the slavers were. During the fight he will go into a trance; spawn an add; and regen to full. He'll do this twice. P>The first step updates at the blackburrow entrance. Inside clear your way to the waterfall and float down to the bridge that heads to commander area. In here the second step updates. At this point keep killing ""gnarls"" until you get 2 Blackburrow Runestone. When you have 2 get close to the ward and have two people click at the same time; this will deactivate the knockback.

Beyond the ward you find Vel`tix and 2 friends; beat him to 50% and kill off his friends.Vel'tix gives up; hail him and he gives you a key.

Float down to the bottom and head north a bit to find a metal gate; use the key to pass through and Gnarl Sawbones attacks. Defeat him but don't go any further or you will get swamed by legionnares. Head back to Raxtor and give him both runestones and the key to complete the mission.
